Global Brand Platform at Mercedes-Benz

From content to vehicle configuration: everything from one system.

Starting situation

As part of the global Mercedes-Benz website (eMB), a platform was created that serves as a central digital entry point for customers worldwide. Over 100 markets access this system, manage content, and offer functions such as vehicle configuration and dealer search.

With increasing internationalization and a growing variety of functions, the platform became increasingly complex. The goal was to continuously develop it, operate it stably, and at the same time remain flexible in responding to the requirements of individual markets.
