The „Accessibility Monitoring“ managed service continuously monitors digital content - even after updates or relaunches. Based on the WCAG, barriers are automatically detected, documented in a comprehensible manner and provided with specific recommendations for action. This ensures that the requirements of the BITV and EN 301 549 are met in the long term; auditable reports are available for supervisory authorities at all times.
For documents, our services include the manual creation of accessible PDF files according to PDF/UA: structured, correctly tagged, and fully accessible for screen readers. For large volumes such as invoices, official notices, or form letters, an automated output based on standardized templates is also available – efficient, consistent, and legally compliant according to PDF/UA, BITV, and EN 301 549 with minimal internal effort.
In addition, an interactive awareness-raising training session teaches the basics of accessibility and inclusion, illustrated by personal everyday experiences and simulations of visual and hearing impairments.
